The islands of the Dutch Caribbean are served by Air France/KLM
AirFrance/KLM use Amsterdam (Schiphol) Airport as their hub which for many people living in the UK is a major advantage. AirFrance/KLM fly from 15 regional airports, which makes the journey a lot easier. Most airlines fly to the Caribbean from Gatwick or Heathrow and getting to either of those airports from the Midlands or the North of England will take a lot longer than getting to Amsterdam for the connecting flight to the Caribbean.
The islands are to some degree "undiscovered islands" - part of their great attraction - but this does mean that seat availability on flights is limited. Taking flight options is strongly recommended. We are unique in being able to offer this service to our customers.

KLM, along with other airlines, have imposed a fuel surcharge, due to a sudden rise in oil prices.
There is a £ 238 fuel surcharge on all tickets.

If the UK connection is early you might like to fly to Amsterdam a day (or two) before your flight to the Caribbean and stay overnight in Amsterdam. This takes the rush out of an early morning start, you get a good night's sleep, and check-in next morning, at a reasonable hour. We can include that into your itinerary. We have a contract with the Van Der Valk, a four star hotel, with a free shuttle to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, which takes 10 minutes. The airport has a train station and it is a 20 minute train journey to Amsterdam city centre. It might be possible for you to enjoy some time in Amsterdam.
