This will usually result in a speedy and satisfactory result. People on the island have a real commitment to their guests. Please give us and our associates the opportunity to resolve any issue, and improve our service for the future. It is impossible for us to rise to the "challenge" after you have returned. Our associates on the islands work closely with us, and can always contact us. We have a local contact for our company on Bonaire, and will soon have local support on Curaçao and Aruba. We publish comments from customers on our web site -good and bad -and you can see comments on other web sites, for example the BSAC travel forum site.
