We had a great holiday!  I felt that we struck a good deal with Douglas that gave us what we wanted and then on location we decided to upgrade the accommodation and that made it even better! 

As for the Food For Fun restaurants, they exceeded our expectations!  I thought you might like some comments per restaurant, so we noted the following during the week:   Salsa - our favourite with great food and service as well as allowing the choice from the whole menu with the voucher.

KonTiki Club - great for lunch, stunning views and again the choice of the whole menu

La Flamboyant - quiet but good food and attentive service.  we were told a verbal menu of a few dishes our voucher entitled us to.

La Guernica - had a separate menu for those with a voucher, which was ok.  good location.

It Rains Fishes - disappointing, despite a great location the food let them down and the service was poor.  the choice was limited to a small verbal menu.   Salsa was so good we went several times and I don't hesitate to recommend them.   The Buddy Dive team were also good and well organised - the diving went well and the hire of a pickup truck was a masterstroke in the week working for us.
