DAVE POPS THE QUESTION !

Whilst diving on Bonaire Dave's romantic feelings overwhelmed him -
and he decided to pop the question to Claire - underwater.

Imagine his surprise when he found a laminated card which said,

What are the chances of that happening at 10 metres ?

Even more surprising  - Claire found a card which said "YES" -
but before she could put it down - Dave took the picture !! 

Rumour has it that Dave prepared the card beforehand - but did not prepare a "NO" card !!
Why complicate the issue with an alternative  ?
