Den Laman Condominiums

Den Laman Apartments are housed in a colourful building on the ocean, one mile north of Kralendijk, Bonaire's capital. Den Laman has a modern and stylish feel, which extends from the Caribbean colours on the otuside of the hulding to the modern apartments on the inside.  

The view from the balconies is spectacular, facing west, you can see the coast of Bonaire, north and south, and Klein Bonaire, the small island which is a nature reserve just off shore. Another great sunset spot.

Den Laman is close to several resorts, with their restaurants and bars, and a walk away from town.

There are just 15 studios/apartments. The large and spacious apartments are modern, very chic décor and furnishings, and fully air-conditioned.

The open plan kitchens have American style refrigerators with icemaker, dishwasher, hob with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Many have a modern cooking 'island'.

The restaurant on the ground floor is exceptional, spacious and open. The view and atmosphere are excellent. All meals are available and the terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a meal, sipping an exotic cocktail, and (of course) watching the sun go down.

Bonaire Dive & Adventure is the dive school/shop on site.
They have everything a diver needs. Their dive boat is moored on the pier, where the tanks are stored, makes life easy! They also have bikes and kayaks for hire, and offer other activities and excursions. Fish-Eye Photo offers full photo-shop services on site.
