Buddy Dive has it's own "house" reef around 25 metres from shore. The excellent PADI 5 Star Gold Palm dive Centre has a 'fleet' of six dive boats with three departures daily. The Drive-thru refill station makes it easy to off load empties and load up with fresh tanks, air or Nitrox. The Dive Centre, with professional and helpful staff, is well equipped to help you make the most of your diving holiday. All divers can enjoy the freedom of our unlimited shore diving package, making as many dives as they want, to suit their own capabilities and comfort levels. Our famous DDD offers give the best possible price for a diving holiday, and include a vehicle for you to enjoy the 51 shore diving sites on Bonaire.  

There are plenty of 80 and 63 cubic foot air and Nitrox tanks available at the Drive Thru or on the dock, which has benches for gear set-up and two sturdy ladders for easy access to the water. Rinse tanks are located at the Drive Thru as well as on the docks where there is an large gear storage room.  Every day the custom dive boats go out to explore the many dive sites on the nearby island of Klein Bonaire, a 10 minute boat ride, or to other spectacular dive sites not accessible from shore. Guided day and night dives are available to great sites like the Salt Pier or Town Pier (a must) , which are very popular. there is also a regular boat night dive to Klein Bonaire.

Buddy Dive is a DAN Member, a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resort and Universal Referral Centre. The Universal Referral designation enables Buddy Dive instructors to offer Open Water completion courses to students from SSI and NAUI and a number of other training organisations. Buddy Dive offer every level of instruction in several languages. In addition to all standard PADI courses, Buddy offer you the chance to become an Enriched Air Certified diver or try out a Re-breather.

• Discover Scuba Diving (inc. equipment)  ½ day introduction to scuba diving. A short pool session followed by an ocean dive. (Max. depth 40ft/12m)
• Additional Discover Scuba Dives (inc. equipment) - additional ocean dives guided by a dive professional.
• Bubblemaker (inc. equipment) - Scuba experience for children ages 8-10 in the safe confines of a swimming pool.
• Scuba Review (inc. equipment and books) - maybe it's time to take a refresher course. This is a ½ day course and includes 1 ocean dive.
• Open Water Certification (inc. equipment and books) -  This 4 – 5 day course includes classroom sessions, confined water and 4 ocean dives. After qualification you can dive unguided.
• Referral Course (inc. equipment) -  take your theory and pool work of your Open Water Course in the UK and complete the ocean dives in the warm, calm, clear waters of Bonaire.
• Advanced Diver -  this course involves minimal classroom work and 5 ocean dives. Core dives are Deep and Navigation, the other dives can be chosen from speciality courses that interest you.
• Rescue Diver Certification - This 3 – 4 day course covers problem prevention, self rescue and 12 rescue scenarios. (Prerequisites: AOW, Medic First Aid).
• Dive Master Course - This Professional Training Course includes Diving theory, Physics, Physiology, Equipment and Environment; confined water training and open water sessions. (Prerequisites: Rescue Diver, Medic First Aid, 20 logged dives).
