Captain Don's Habitat

Captain Don’s Habitat Dive Operation is an SDI/TDI Professional Development Centre at the heart of the resort, close to the dock. Three 1-tank boat departures daily to over 70 moored sights on custom built dive boats. Each mooring buoy is limited to 1 boat so you’ll have the reef all to yourself. 

Total Diving Freedom is rule at Captain Don’s Habitat. Over 50 world class dives are within a 10 minute drive or a 15 minute boat ride. Diving Freedom means 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with no rush or fuss.   Bonaire is the top shore diving destination in the world! Following accepted safe diving practices,  grab a tank and go...where you want... when you want!

The Habitat Dive Operation offers training from the following training agencies: TDI/SDI, PADI, NAUI and SSI - equipped to handle all certification from beginners to Rebreather and Tri-Mix. Choose from over 20 courses ! 

All equipment available for sale or hire from the Captain’s Locker. Photo Services have the latest photo and video equipment for sale or hire, personalised instruction and private photo shoots. Habitat is the Caribbean home to the Nikon School of Underwater Photography. Dive Centre also hires Ocean Kayaks. Secure lockers on the dock for storing gear.

Rec Tek Scuba is based in the dive centre with it's own technical diving classroom.
