All West Apartments

All West Apartments is a small group of apartments situated in the small fishing village of Westpunt on the beautiful West Point coast of Curaçao,  22 miles from historic Willemstad, the capital of Curacao.  Curacao is only 37 miles long, so it is not a long way to anywhere on the island. It is an easy ride into Willemstad to enjoy the rich and interesting heritage of Curacao.  

The village of Westpunt (West Point)  is in a wilderness style nature reserve. The apartments are on a small cliff above the beautiful Playa Kalki beach, great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. All apartments have a wonderful view of the small colourful fishing boats moored in the bay, which contrast with the glistening, turquoise Caribbean Sea. All West is in a quiet part of the island, very close to the majority of the excellent dive sites on Curacao, right in the heart  of "diving country".

All West is good quality accommodation at an excellent price. Very good value for money with an extremely friendly and helpful staff plus a professional dive operation, Ocean Encounters, on site. This resort is highly recommend to divers and those seeking a quiet resort for relaxation and world class excellent snorkeling.  

All West Studios are large, air conditioned rooms, ocean front with private sundecks. The Studios have twin beds, a seating area with table, fully equipped kitchen (inc. crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, hob, fridge, ice box, toaster) , bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, safe, bath towels, spare bed sheets, phone, free wireless internet connection. Studios are about 36m²  and suitable for a maximum of two people.
All West Junior Apartments are fully furnished apartments, ocean view terrace or balcony, living room, separate bedroom air conditioned with two twin beds, full size futon in the living room, seating area outside with sun beds, fully equipped kitchen (inc. crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, stove, fridge, ice box, toaster), bathroom with shower, safe, bath towels, phone, free wireless internet connection. Junior Apartments are about 48m²  and suitable for a maximum of three people. 
All West Apartments are fully furnished apartments with ocean view, terrace or balcony with sun beds and chairs, living room, separate bedroom with King-size bed, Queen-size (UK king size) sleeping couch in the living room, fully equipped kitchen (inc. crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, stove, fridge, ice box, toaster),  bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, safe, bath towels, spare bed sheets, phone, free wireless internet connection. Apartments are about 70m² and suitable for a maximum of four people   Each accommodation type has a wonderful ocean view. Speaking from personal experience - the view over the ocean from the All West apartments is superb.

Ocean Encounters  is a professional, friendly and well organised dive operation and offers the full range of PADI courses (to dive master), full range of equipment to hire or buy and re-fill station.
They have another dive centre on the SeaQuarium beach, south of Willemstad. Daily boat trips to sites difficult to access from shore. Curaçao's Mushroom Forest at least twice per week. All West  also organises trips to Klein Curaçao,  where you can take 2 boat dives, enjoy a barbecue on the beach of this small deserted island off Curaçao.   The unlimited air price includes tank rental, air and weights.  "Unlimited air" means exactly what is says. As much air as you want. In the dive centre and the apartments, there are secure rooms to store your dive gear, giving you 24 hour access to tanks and lockers which means and 24 hour diving. ……

New on Curaçao, and only with All West Diving, try the Dive Yaks - lightweight inflatable Dive yaks make you independent and you can discover your own dive sites. They carry two divers plus dive equipment. All West Diving has placed numerous buoys where you can moor the Dive yak and dive to your own schedule.

All West is close to some of the best dives sites on Curacao, and close to the majority of all the dive sites on the island. Just a couple to whet your appetite:
The plane wreck - a Fokker Fairchild 27 - 30m long and 20m wide - now lies in 17m of water. Easy access as both front and back cargo doors are open. Beginners are welcome to dive the wreck under supervision of the staff of Ocean Encounters. The plane wreck is close to :
Watamula -  from the Dutch word "Water Mollen" (Water Mill) the name of the Bordering National Park. Its pristine coral formations make it one of the top dive sites on the island. Occasionally strong currents make for a great drift dive. This site requires a boat dive. Its pristine coral formations make it one of the top dive sites of the island.
Playa Kalki "Alice in Wonderland"  the beautiful house reef, just 100 feet ( just over a swimming pool's length) straight out from the pier at All West.
The Mushroom Forest - listed by one leading UK dive magazine as one of the top ten dive sites in the world !  This expansive area of coral flats gets its name from the amazing mushroom shaped coral formations. Just along the coast from All West

Pay homage to Neptune ! His statue is 10 metres down, you can ask him to keep a watchful eye on divers. Visit the god of the sea in the bay in front of All West Apartments.


Recent sightings -  a whale shark, two huge manta rays (featured on YouTube) and dolphins in front of the apartments.

Our DDD package includes a vehicle for you to enjoy as many shore diving sites as possible in your time on the island. Hiring is optional, of course, but we recommend hiring a vehicle, so that you can maximise the shore diving, explore the island and enjoy various other activities. If you are not a diver the vehicle will enable you to explore this wonderful island.  

Your vehicle can be collected and returned to Hato Airport. Our hire price includes insurance cover, with a damage excess of U$450. No charge for extra driver. To waive the excess you can buy extra cover for $10 per day.
