Avila Beach Hotel

The Avila Beach Hotel is a luxury hotel, built around an 18th century Dutch colonial mansion, formerly the residence of the British and Dutch Governors, on a beautiful bay, with a private, soft sand beach, one mile from the centre of Willemstad. Either side of the original colonial buildings are two wings, La Belle Alliance and the Blues Wing. The SeaQuarium is nearby, and all the other attractions of Curaçao, sightseeing and diving, are easy to reach from here. In the Avila grounds is the Octagon a beautiful historic building, a museum and also a popular venue for wedding ceremonies. The Avila enjoys high international acclaim. All rooms and suites have: air conditioning, T.V., telephone, private bathroom with bath, balcony, ocean or garden view, small fridge, coffee maker, safe, modem connection, iron and board, hair dryer. Some suites have a kitchenette. La Belle Alliance, a beautiful pastel-coloured building, houses 20 Deluxe rooms and 10 Deluxe Suites all with balconies and ocean view.

Deluxe Suites: living room, separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, private bathroom with bath, extra toilet;

One-bedroom suite: king size bed;

Two-bedroom suite: has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms,
master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom 2 double beds.

Modern, all wooden structure, stretching out over the ocean, has 20 deluxe rooms, all with a private terrace or balcony overlooking the ocean. Blues Wing rooms: kingsize bed or two full-size beds, max. two adults and two children, kitchenette, Jacuzzi.

Octagon Wing Rooms: balconies with ocean views, flat screen TV's, air conditioning, mini bar, coffee maker, safe, Frette bathrobes, internet, hairdryer, luxurious bathrooms.

Deluxe Octagon rooms have baths & showers - Superior and Preferred have walk-in showers. Deluxe and preferred have a kitchenette.

Octagon Preferred and Superior rooms have 2 twin-beds or 1 king size bed. Octagon Deluxe rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds (UK King size).

La Belle Alliance Wing: deluxe rooms, air conditioned, private balconies, ocean views, one King Bed or two Queen beds, kitchenette, flat screen TV, safe, telephone, internet, bathroom with bath, hair dryer, mini bar, coffeemaker.

Belle Alliance Suites: living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, extra toilet, covered patio with ocean views.
